Can I Refund or Exchange item(s)?
1.1 Can I get a Refund?
We regret that we do not offer refunds on any goods purchased from our Store.
Furthermore, exchanges will incur an administration charge of RM10 per exchange.
If the exchanged product is of higher value, then the difference must be paid via direct bank transfer to:

1.2 Exchange Criteria
Please note the following:
● Your request for an exchange must be lodged within 48 hours from date of receipt
● Exchanges will incur an administration charge of RM10 per exchange per type of uniform. This would be the same for each subsequent exchange.
What can I exchange?
Exchanges for the following items are not permitted:
● Textbooks,exercise books and stationery are usually not exchangeable. However, a request can be submitted and the exchange may be approved, subject to approval by TEK Bookmart Sdn Bhd.
Other items can be exchanged, providing they are returned undamaged, and in mint condition.
How do I exchange?
● To exchange an item, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Customer Services by phoning +6012-551 7202, Mon to Fri (except public holidays) from 9am to 5pm, within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s). If emailing TEK Bookmart, please include a copy of your invoice.
● TEK Bookmart will arrange with you the collection of item(s) by email or by phone, depending on how you have notified them of the exchange.
● Collection or re-delivery of your items will be based on your original delivery option.
● Once goods are returned to TEK Bookmart, they will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.
2. What if I receive Damaged or Incorrect Goods?
We will exchange your goods if they are damaged, faulty or not the goods you originally ordered.
TEK Bookmart will provide replacement items if contacted within 48 hrs from receipt of goods.
Please refer to the Exchange process above on how to ‘Request an Exchange’ to learn more about the collection and delivery processes involved in an exchange.
If the replacement product is not available and you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, you must pay the difference via direct bank transfer to:

Alternately, if the replacement product is not available and you wish to exchange for an item of a lesser value, contact TEK Bookmart on the same number specified above to arrange this.
